REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY  

If you have registered for a  program or event, and find you are unable to attend, please contact the VP of Programs as soon as possible.

If you contact the VP of Programs a minimum of three (3) days prior to the program or event, you will not be charged. If you have already paid, your cost will be refunded.

If you fail to contact the VP of Programs within three (3) days prior to the program or event, you will be charged and/or expected to pay and no refund will be given.
