About the program

Learn about 4 mindsets you can cultivate to help you be successful and create a more positive work environment: productive, resilient, contagious and strengths-based.

Information from the book Profit From the Positive, by Margaret Greenberg and Senia Maymin (McGraw-Hill, 2013) will be discussed.

About the facilitator

Megan Martin has worked for the University of Missouri for 33 years with Student Affairs and MU Extension. The past 17 years she has worked in Human Resources training.  She has been a member of the local American Society for Training and Development chapter and has served on its board. She has presented training across Missouri and in other states on subjects such as “Generational Differences in the Workplace”, “Emotional Intelligence”, “Growth Mindset”, and performance and supervisory training. She holds a degree in Recreation Programming, and has grad-level studies in Educational Psychology, and has just completed her graduate certification in Positive Psychology at MU.
